Hello hello! I'm Eli, they/them.

Health and wellness isn't about being skinny for me. Rather, it's about modifying my body to support my lifestyle. I have a few autoimmune disorders that kicked my tush for a few years, and it motivated me to get things in check.  Out of that process I began taking personal training courses, and yoga courses.

I am certified through ISSA as a personal trainer and have my 200 hr yoga teacher training certificate through Yoga Alliance.  To complement this training I have also completed a Providing Trauma Informed Care for Business certificate, and other certificate courses in kids yoga, nutrition, Yin yoga, breathwork, and more.

Full body workout (no weights needed)

All classes are beginner friendly, and last 45 minutes. Occasionally classes are canceled due to being off island or illness — make sure to follow me on Instagram to know more.

Classes are $15/each.  You can purchase a weekly ($70) or monthly ($275) pass as well.

All recipes are low FODMAP friendly, easy to make, and usually food prep/bulk making friendly.

1:1 Availability

I generally have availability Monday to Friday from 10AM - 3PM, and Saturday, and Sunday early mornings or after sunset.

1:1 yoga classes and fitness sessions are priced at $95/per 45 minute session. Sessions can be held at my studio, outdoors, or at your home.

Private Classes

I generally have availability Monday to Friday from 10AM - 3PM, and Saturday, and Sunday early mornings or after sunset.

Private yoga classes and fitness sessions are priced at $200/per 45 minute session for up to 15 people, $300 for up to 25. Sessions can be held at my studio, outdoors, or at your home.  There is a $50 fee associated with doing on location sessions.
