If you’re looking for a beautiful rustic barn wedding venue in New Hampshire, look no further than Powder Major’s Farm in Madbury NH. With a beautiful raw barn, with large doors and plenty of space for all your favorite people, Powder Major’s Farm is one of our favorites.
There are plenty of barn wedding venues in NH. None are quite like the post and beam barn at Powder Major’s Farm. The rustic architecture allows you to minimally decorate the wedding venue without much effort — light greenery and fake candles, or just sheer cheesecloths and greenery down farm tables work perfectly.
Powder Major’s Farm also has great options for outdoor weddings for your ceremony or reception. You can use string lights to create a bistro environment on the lawn to use for a later afternoon/sunset ceremony or cocktail hour.
Barn Wedding Venues in NH
Barn venues in NH are a heck of a lot more popular than country clubs or resort offerings. With plenty of space for wedding ceremonies and receptions overlooking mountain views and a farm pond, fields, forests and more, Powder Major’s Farm is one of our favorite farm NH wedding venues for destination weddings. Nestled in the White Mountains, and surrounded by forest land, the barn has an adjoining timber frame structure. It provides you with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your special day.

Choosing Wedding Vendors for Your Big Day
Choosing vendors for your wedding day can feel like a big decision. I want to break it down a bit for y’all. First off, stop looking at Pinterest, and Instagram — all the wedding magazines. Take walks with your partner, and spend some solid alone time imagining what getting married will be like. From there write down what you really want for your wedding day.
Think about your values, and what’s most important. Figure out a budget and look for vendors that fit those two things: your values and your budget. There are wedding vendors out there for everyone in every budget. Keep in mind that weddings at Powder Major’s Farm must have vendors that are insured.
We only use photos from real weddings, and we haven’t had a wedding here. It is a bucket list spot so reach out if it’s on your top list of wedding venues!
