Tucked behind IYRS is a quaint Newport harbor dock and brick buildings. This is one of my favorite locations for wedding couple portraits. The boats typically docked here are incredible, and beautiful wooden boats.

Walking Around the Mansions on Bellevue Avenue

The mansions are pricey to photograph in for your wedding portraits. All have venue fees, and they can range from $300 to $1200. Walk down Thames Street with your wedding photographer for epic Newport Mansion portraits along Bellevue Avenue. This area typically isn’t saturated with tourists in late fall to early spring. In the summer months it might be trickier to photograph here.

Some Indoor Locations: The Newport Mansions

Most of the Newport mansions offer indoor rental options for your Newport wedding portraits. If you’re getting married somewhere more modern like Newport Beach House or Belle Mer, this option is a nice balance to your images in clean, crisp environments.
